Chanterelles, also known as “the yellow wonders of the forest,” are an ally for the nervous system and the heart, being rich in vitamins B1, B6, B9, fiber, potassium, and copper.
Chanterelles also contain vitamins A and D, as well as essential amino acids.
Popular in our traditional recipes, these mushrooms can be sautéed with garlic or served with pasta sauce, vegetable sauce, stews, or risotto.

In nature, chanterelles are found at the roots of moss-covered trees, as well as in birch and conifer forests. Their rounded, thin caps give them a distinctive look, hard to confuse.
They can vary greatly in size, from as small as a finger to as large as two fists. In the 17th century, they were considered luxury foods, found on royal tables in France.
We offer both fresh and frozen chanterelles, with an intense aroma and preserved nutritional properties.
Our frozen products are carefully selected and hand-processed, then quickly frozen down to -30°C to maintain their nutritional qualities.
